NDNP 811 - DNP Project Development

Module 3: Presentation of DNP Project Proposal

Overview

Within this module students will visit evidence-based strategies to enhance the adoption, implementation and sustainability in their DNP Projects generated from the field of Implementation Science. Content from this module will help students communicate the specific strategies and tactics that will be used to achieve the purpose of each DNP Project initiative.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this module, the learner will be able to:

  1. Discuss evidence-based implementation strategies to support success, tailored to implementation of their own DNP Project
  2. Construct a knowledge-based education plan to include objectives and methods for instruction and evaluation
  3. Identify barriers to change in the clinical environment and formulate mitigation strategies
  4. Develop a sustainability plan for continuation of the initiative at the site following academic completion
