Module 5: Implementing Change and Design for Evaluation
Overview
This module continues the discussion on monitoring and the evaluation of knowledge use. This synchronous session will explore the fourth and fifth steps of the action cycle in the Knowledge-To-Action Framework – monitoring knowledge use and evaluating outcomes.
Objectives
After this in class session, the student should be able to:
- Articulate conceptual and operational definitions of an outcome measure of interest
- Compare methods for formative and summative evaluation.
- Describe four types of economic evaluation.
